Project Management
In this project, I pretended to be a project manager for the construction of Leishenshan Hospital. Based on the company’s vision, mission, and value, I managed the whole project from initiation to closure. Three of the main parts of the project are the cumulative cost and cash flow chart, the CPM chart, and the risk management.
